New Virtual Mail Policy:
Dear Valued Mailbox Holder,
First and foremost, thank you so much for choosing Swift Link for your virtual mail location. We appreciate your business very much and have enjoyed meeting the hundreds of mailbox holders who visit us in person.
We have a change in policy that may affect you if you are not using your address as instructed when you signed up with our service. As our business grows, it’s become increasingly difficult to sort mail because many mailbox holders are not including their PMB (the unique mailbox number assigned to you) in their address. When we get a piece of mail that does not have the PMB listed, we must look up who the piece of mail belongs to and must look through 3 data systems to locate the mailbox holder in some cases. We are not able to keep our rates as low as they are if we need to look this up for over 200 pieces of mail each day, and have therefor made the decision that effective August 15, any mail, or packages received at our office with a missing PMB will be returned to sender.
